Group Sound Baths

Aerial Sound Baths
A unique experience suspended in aerial hammocks at Heavenly Fitness, Maidstone. The combination of weightlessness and immersive sound creates an incredibly deep state of relaxation.

Drum Circles
A more active, rhythm-led experience. Drums are provided, no musical ability needed. Rhythmic drumming supports stress reduction and group connection. You're also welcome to bring your own drum and continue to develop a relationship with it.

Six distinct treatments, each tailored to you. All sessions take place in a private garden studio in Loose, Maidstone (ME15 9QY). Home visits also available.

Private Sound Bath
A fully immersive sound bath tailored to you. Gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments played around and over your body for deep relaxation. Available for couples too.
Himalayan Bowl Massage
Warm Himalayan singing bowls placed directly on the body and played to create vibrations that release muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. A unique sensory experience.
Sonic Drum Massage
A grounding treatment using frame drums played close to and on the body. The low-frequency vibrations are deeply calming, working with your nervous system to bring you into a state of rest.
Monolina Massage
A gentle, precise treatment using a monolina (monochord). The sustained harmonic tones create a cocoon of sound that is deeply meditative and restorative.
Private Drum Journey
A rhythmic, immersive experience guided by therapeutic drumming. Both energising and grounding. Available for couples too.

What to expect at your first session
Everything you need to know before you arrive.
Arrive 5-10 minutes early
This gives you time to settle in. No rush.
Wear comfortable clothes
Think yoga class. Layers are a good idea as your body temperature can drop during relaxation.
Sessions last 60-75 minutes
You'll lie on a yoga mat (provided) or recline in a zero gravity chair depending on the session. Everything is set up for you.
Just lie down and listen
No experience, no technique, no beliefs required. Some people relax deeply, some fall asleep, some just rest. There's no wrong way.
