Please read these terms before booking a session or purchasing a pass.
These terms and conditions apply to all services, events, and products offered by The Sonic Sanctuary, operated by James Edwards. By booking a session, purchasing a pass, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Online payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and understood the Health & Safety information, including contraindications.
Booking confirmations are sent via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one.
Cancellations & Refunds
Group sessions: Non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to a different date with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
1:1 treatments: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice.
Event cancellation by us: If we cancel an event, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
No-shows: Failure to attend without notice is treated as a cancellation and is non-refundable.
Intro Pass
The Intro Pass includes 2 session credits at a discounted rate.
Valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Non-refundable and non-transferable.
Credits are redeemed at checkout when booking eligible sessions.
Expired credits cannot be reinstated.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift card credit can be applied to any session or service.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Attendance & Conduct
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session starts. Late arrivals may not be admitted to avoid disturbing other participants.
Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or poses a risk to others.
Photography and video recording during sessions is not permitted without prior consent.
Mobile phones must be switched to silent or turned off during sessions.
Corporate & Organisation Bookings
Corporate and organisation bookings are subject to a separate agreement, including pricing, cancellation terms, and invoicing arrangements.
Cancellation within 7 days of the booked session will incur the full fee.
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Sound therapy is a complementary practice and is not a substitute for medical treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Participants attend sessions at their own risk. We are fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during sessions.
By attending, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions and are satisfied that participation is appropriate for you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
