If you're a wellbeing lead, HR manager, or team leader looking at sound therapy for your organisation, here's everything you need to know - from logistics to outcomes.
Who books us
We work with a range of organisations: corporate teams looking for a genuinely different wellbeing experience, charities and third-sector organisations supporting staff and service users, schools addressing exam stress and sensory regulation, care homes providing sensory stimulation for elderly residents, NHS settings delivering staff wellbeing or patient-facing pilot programmes, and event organisers adding a wellness element to conferences, wellness days, or away days.
The common thread is organisations that take staff wellbeing seriously and want something more effective than another webinar.
What we deliver
A typical session runs 45-60 minutes and can be held in any room with enough floor space for participants to lie on mats. We bring everything: gongs, singing bowls, chimes, yoga mats, blankets, and eye masks.
For smaller teams (up to 15), a single session works well. For larger groups, we run multiple sessions throughout the day - as we did for a travel company wellness day with over 105 attendees across several rotations.
The format is simple: a brief introduction explaining what to expect and the science behind it, then 40-50 minutes of immersive sound, followed by a gentle return. No participation required beyond lying down. No group sharing, no awkward exercises, no "tell us how you feel" circles.
What to tell your team
The most effective way to introduce sound therapy to a team is to be straightforward: "It's a science-backed relaxation technique. You lie on a mat, close your eyes, and listen to therapeutic instruments for 45 minutes. No experience needed, no beliefs required."
For sceptical teams, the science angle is crucial. Explaining vagus nerve stimulation and brainwave entrainment helps people understand they're not being asked to do anything mystical. Most sceptics become advocates after a single session.
Measurable outcomes
For organisations that need to justify wellbeing spend, we can provide pre/post stress rating surveys, attendance and participation rates, qualitative feedback collection, and session reports for your wellbeing committee.
In our experience across corporate, charity, and care settings, over 90% of participants report feeling noticeably calmer afterwards, the majority say they would attend again, and staff engagement with sound therapy sessions is typically much higher than traditional wellness offerings.

Getting started
The simplest first step is a conversation. Tell us about your team, your space, and what you're trying to achieve. We'll propose a format and quote. Many organisations start with a single trial session and then move to a regular programme once they see the response.
