A sound bath is an hour of gongs, singing bowls and chimes while you lie back and listen. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed afterwards, and it is often described as a rare hour away from the phone.
It suits sceptics and spiritual seekers alike. No experience or beliefs are needed. You simply lie down and listen. There is nothing to get right.

How it works

Pick £25, £35, £50, £75 or £100, or your own amount, and add a personal message.
2. Receive the code
After payment, a unique gift code is emailed to you. Forward it, print it, or put it in a card.
3. They book
Group sessions: enter the code at checkout. 1:1s: get in touch and James arranges the date.

Gift voucher questions
How is the gift voucher delivered?
It is a digital voucher. After you pay, a unique gift code is emailed to the address you give at checkout, so you can forward it, print it or tuck it into a card. There is nothing to post, so you can buy right up to Christmas Day.
How long is the voucher valid?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
What can the voucher be used for?
Any session: group sound baths, aerial sound baths in hammocks at Heavenly Fitness in Maidstone, drum circles, and 1:1 private treatments in the garden studio in Loose or at home.
Can I choose the amount?
Yes. Choose £25, £35, £50, £75 or £100, or enter your own amount (from £10).
How does the recipient book?
For group sessions, they pick a date on the events page, add it to their basket and enter the gift code at checkout. For a 1:1, they get in touch with the code and James arranges the date and treatment with them.
What if the session costs more than the voucher?
They simply pay the difference. For group sessions the voucher comes off the total at checkout and the rest is paid by card. For 1:1s, James sends a payment link for the balance.
