Your team lies down on mats while gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and chimes fill the room. The deepest rest most people get all week.

Energising, social and genuinely fun. Djembes for everyone, guided so that a group of complete beginners sounds great within minutes.

Rotating sessions for large groups (we have run 105 people across three sessions in a day), aerial sound baths for leadership events, and regular programmes. Co-facilitated for larger events.

The practical bit
Where
Your office, a meeting room, a hotel or event venue, or our studio in Loose, Maidstone. Anywhere in Kent. Get in touch if you are further afield.
Space
Enough floor for everyone to lie down, roughly a yoga mat each. A cleared meeting room works for smaller teams. Drum circles need chairs in a circle.
Equipment
We bring every instrument and drum, plus mats. People are welcome to bring a cushion or blanket for extra comfort.
Paperwork
Fully insured, DBS checked and registered with the Complementary Medical Association. Risk assessment and insurance documents on request for your facilities or HR team.
